RTR-MLA , RTR-MP will enable citizens to expel MLA , MP who are taking bribes abd changing parties. . The solution I propose to all activists is that they should publicize this law-drafts rather than wasting time after CoBhAp / SoMoKe . . How to bring above changes in the system? . The RTR-CM-draft , RTR-PM-draft are given in above links. . The steps I propose to activists is that the activists should request 45 crore voters of India send " http://ift.tt/1DyvS4r " to MP via SMS. TCP draft is different from RTR-PM , RTR-MLA etc But once TCP is printed, it will be much easier for all activists to get RTR-PM, RTR-CM, RTR-MP and RTR-MLA printed in Gazette and end the horse trading of MLA. . Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . But most CoBhAp members still oppose it when asked. Why? . First lets see why SoMoKe oppose this proposal. Sonia Gandhi owns land worth over Rs 5000 crore in via charitable trusts in Delhi alone !!! How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite . Consider 10000 super-elitemen wealthiest individuals. The most effective force which forced these 1000 individuals to keep the products of their oligopolies low is the competition which comes from next 50000 sub-superelitemen !!! The inheritance tax these 50000 inidividuals and creates minimal loss to top 10000 !! Which is why (wealth tax minus income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid is better minus other credits) is better alternative than inheritance tax !!! . Now I would request ALL recallists to explain (or oppose) "How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite" .
