We activists should CONSTRUCTIVELY (*) force Union Govt to move ALL "non-critical" Ministries outside Delhi so that other cities in other states also grow. . We activists should also force RBI and ALL PSU bank head quarters should be moved out of Mumbai to different states , so that different cities in different states do grow. . And activists should CONSTRUCTIVELY force state govts should be to move all non critical ministries out of capital to smaller cities in the state, . As long as we have small number of cities, we have lose-lose-lose situation for everyone except large land owners. . =========== . * - by CONSTRUCTIVE force , I mean . 1. No disprutive methods like dharana, slogan shouting etc . 2 . No timewaste methods like signature gathering , e-petition. .. 3. (a) prepare a proposal, place it on net or torrent . . 3. (b) ask 45 crore voters to send the URL or URI as order to MP via SMS . 3 (c) ask all to put the picture of their mobile with SMS on FB as status. ..

Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . But most CoBhAp members still oppose it when asked. Why? . First lets see why SoMoKe oppose this proposal. Sonia Gandhi owns land worth over Rs 5000 crore in via charitable trusts in Delhi alone !!! And multiply by 10 or 15 for all India estimate. She has lot to lose if this information becomes public. So she opposed this RRG proposal. . But does NaMo oppose this proposal? How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite . Consider 10000 super-elitemen wealthiest individuals. The most effective force which forced these 1000 individuals to keep the products of their oligopolies low is the competition which comes from next 50000 sub-superelitemen !!! The inheritance tax these 50000 inidividuals and creates minimal loss to top 10000 !! Which is why (wealth tax minus income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid is better minus other credits) is better alternative than inheritance tax !!! . Now I would request ALL recallists to explain (or oppose) "How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite" .
