Dear Recallists , All, . In case apex-Ministers such as PM \ CMs , decide to give head on fight against corruption in IAS / IPS / judiciary , then IMO , it is NOT possible without taking following steps. . 1. Make all identification details of all citizens public --- i.e. make following details public --- name, aadhar-no, pan-no. , voterid, parents's name, parent's ids, passport size pix for male , passport size pix of male relative in case of female, thumb prints of both thumbs (yes , both thumb prints) , all his past addresses , one bank account number etc public on DVDs , torrents etc . 2. Make all land / flat ownership records public . 3. And worst --- make all bank / share / bond transactions public !!! . The last one may sound extreme . But why I see no other way. . The attempt to bring RTR / Jury etc may sail thru easily. But if rank and file of officers in administration become hostile , then without above (3) steps, including (3), stopping a sabotage from inside is impossible. . The "sabotage" be material (such as blowing up bridge) which is easy to deal with using narcotest in public. But if sabotage is done by destroying records such as bank balance records or land ownership records , then one can be punished by getting lost records will be impossible and can make the task of deciding disputes impossible. . So IMO, reducing "identify theft" , protecting citizens' assets and protecting their bank balance becomes easier for Jury , activists and honest officers . when data is made public. Because when data is made public, there will be countless copies and sabotage will get rectified imminently from untempered copy. But if data is only inside a few offices , and if that data is tempered or sabotaged by insiders, then obtaining previous untempered copy will be next to impossible. . So all depends on how one sees the future. If one thinks that possibility of sabotage from inside are low, then making identity, land ownership and bank data may not be needed. But if possibility of sabotage from inside is high, then these three information will need to be made public. .
