Solution I propose is that the activists who oppose horse-trading of MLAs should stop wasting time after ArKe / AAP and publicize the law-drafts which can stop horse trading of MLAs / MPs . . The law-drafts I propose to reduce horse-trading or MP / MLA are . 1. Direct election of PM / CM . 2. Right to Recall over PM / CM . 3. RTR over MP / MLA . 4. Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp .
