I'm asking this question in group and not 1x1 thread of Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta Rrg sir, because I think many would get clarity on his thoughts regarding BST n Baba Ramdev. Rahul sir, your statement regarding BST are totally contradictory with the same regarding all other political activist groups. When rss, BJP, aap etc don't work on pro-common law proposals, you hold "apex" at fault...For misleading uninformed activists. But your approach with BST n Baba Ramdev is exactly opposite. You say, Baba Ramdev is pursuing law-proposal-less approach because BST workers are not informing him regarding the proposals or are forcing him to stick to naarebaazi. (Ref: your recent post. Screenshot added in third comment below) Please explain.

Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . But most CoBhAp members still oppose it when asked. Why? . First lets see why SoMoKe oppose this proposal. Sonia Gandhi owns land worth over Rs 5000 crore in via charitable trusts in Delhi alone !!! How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite . Consider 10000 super-elitemen wealthiest individuals. The most effective force which forced these 1000 individuals to keep the products of their oligopolies low is the competition which comes from next 50000 sub-superelitemen !!! The inheritance tax these 50000 inidividuals and creates minimal loss to top 10000 !! Which is why (wealth tax minus income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid is better minus other credits) is better alternative than inheritance tax !!! . Now I would request ALL recallists to explain (or oppose) "How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite" .
