Dear recallists, . Pls explain why "NO DRAFT" is needed to put land ownership records on net? . IOW, why is that we need "no" draft to put details of how much and where does a person, company, trust etc own plots and who are the owners of that company / trust etc ? .

Why are Sakshi Maharaj ,Yogi Adityanath and ALL BJP-MPs opposing referendum / voting on 2-child-law-draft? Why do BJP-MPs oppose disclosure of census-2011 religion data? . Election commission's decision to put pictures of candidates will only increase number of spurious candidates in election and is a wrong one. Solution is to add father's name or husband's name and age , along with the name of candidate for "disambiguation". . Also election commission should advertise the fact that NATIONAL parties and STATE parties come in top band and in second band, and independents come in third band. This will reduce the possibility of independents with same name fooling voters. . Many people want fame for sake of it. And if Rs 25000 can tame his picture to 15 lakh voters, then Rs 25000 is worth for them. Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . But most CoBhAp members still oppose it when asked. Why? . First lets see why SoMoKe oppose this proposal. Sonia Gandhi owns land worth over Rs 5000 crore in via charitable trusts in Delhi alone !!! And multiply by 10 or 15 for all India estimate. She has lot to lose if this information becomes public. So she opposed this RRG proposal. . But does NaMo oppose this proposal?
