The so called paid-media , including CIA-book aka Facebook, are creations of sheer hard work. And those who complain that "media didnt cover my pet news" are unknowingly acting like "freeloaders". They unknowingly want benefits from others' hard work for free. . . Saying that "media didnt report our news" is same as saying "that restaurant didnt give ,me food for free" !! . . Solution : work, earn, and give newspaper advertisements for your causes. . === . From day one, we recallists have said that the "activists MUST pay for the newspaper advertisements to inform lakhs and crores of voters about important problems and solutions". . But almost all OTHER activists , unknowingly, want to be "freeloaders". They insist that the paidmedia should cover their news etc for free. And that may not alays happen. And so they cry that "paidmedia didnt cover our group / events / causes " etc. . Let me explain why people who want paidmedia to cover their events for free are , unknowingly, freeloaders i.e. they want benefit from others' labor for free. . The paidmedia isnt just money. It is money plus a lot of hard work. And money too came from hard work only. . The paidmediamen have to work hard to convince readers / viewers to read / watch their newspaper / TV-channel. And paidmediamen have to work 10 times harder to convince readers / viewers NOT to read / view any other newspaper / TV-channel or YT-video !!! . To make sure that readers read / watch their newspaper / TV-channel , they have to present a lot of entertainment across the newspaper / channel. And for that, they have to hire many entertainers of all types -- artists, musicians, makeup men, sports players etc . And it costs money to provide entertainment. I repeat --- it costs huge amount of money to provide entertainment in newspaper / TV-channels. And it also tales a lot pof hard work to administer them. . In addition , they have to cover interview of 10000s of small / large people every year so that a viewer sticks to them. The reason why paidmedia covers so many non-political events round the clock is because each such event attracts 100 to 10000 to 10000 to lakh to few lakhs of viewers depending on the event. And that increases readers' / viewers' loyalty as well as ensures that he doesnt read / view other newspapers / channel !! . Why do newspapers put 20-30 and sometimes 60 pages !!!? And why do TV-channels provide 24 hour shows and each channel-owning company starts more and more channels? It is to ensure that readers / viewers do NOT get time to see other newspapers and channels !!! . So paidmediamen work hard to ensure that citizens read / watch their newspapers / Tvchannels and not other newspapers and TV-channels. . And this is very expensive, . And its business --- they want to recover the costs plus profits. . Now let me give another example. . Say one = you has invested crores of rupees to make say a restaurant. Then how much free food you will give to people around one --- be rich or poor? At the end of the day, one made restaurant for profits. And so one's MOST activities will be for profits only. . Same applies for newspapers and TV-channels. . Saying that "media didnt report our news" is same as saying "that restaurant didnt give ,me food for free" !! Well, wake up and smell coffee. That restaurant does give food for free to anyone --- spare some special events. And that paidmediamen doesnt give free news to anyone, --- not even Congress , BJP or AAP; and not even to SoGa , NaMo or ArKe. So who are you to say that "resturant should give free food to me"? And who are you to ask that "paidmedia should cover my news for free"? . Solution I propose is that activists should work, earn, and then start their own newspapers OR give advertisements in existing newspapers. OR do both. And they should STOP expecting that resturant owner should give food for free. And should stop expecting that paidmedia should give media coverage for free. ..
