Why citizens must have Right to Recall = Replace Bar Council Chairman . SoMoKe , SoMoKe-andhbhagats have always opposed RTR over Bar Council Chairman. End result? We have a lawyer who OPENLY in front of TV camera repeatedly says that "he will burn his sister/daughter is she practices a pre-marital affair" !!! And BCI doesnt cancel his liecence !!! . http://ift.tt/1wi1LvE . Lawyers elect Chairman of Bar Council of India and Bar Council of States . Fine. But of the Chairman falls of his duty , then citizens MUST have procedure to expel the Chairman elected by lawyers, and replace him by someone else. Thats what I call as Right to Recall Bar Council of India Chairman. The draft will be similar to Right to Recall Reserve Bank Governor. RTR-RBI-Governor-draft is given in chap-9 of http://ift.tt/1sHEvzm . . SoGa \ NaMo have always opposed RTR over Bar Council Chairman for past 20-40 years (proof ---- please ask them). ArKe always insisted that "never talk about RTR-draft and never talk of RTR Bar Council Chairman --- only say that once AAP gets majority in Loksabha , AAP will bring RTR !!". (proof --- ask ArKe) . NaMo gangotri , RSS, has opposed RTR since 1925 , when Mahatma Chandrashekhar Azad said that "without Right to Recall over representatives and officers , elections and democracy will become a joke !!" Even today, RSS-apex misguides activists by saying that "RTR will bring instability and solution is to bring good human beings (read - RSS Pracharaks) into power !!". . And in a class of their own , SoMoKe-andhbhagats also oppose Right to Recall BCI Chairman !!! Why? Because demanding RTR-BCIC would make their leader look weak !! They know that their tall leaders have no spine to even talk about RTR-BCIC , forget actually printing RTR-BCIC in Gazette. So SoMoKe-andhbhagats also oppose RTR-BCIC. . End result? . The result of opposing RTR over Bar Council Chairman is --- the Bar Council Chairman have all become defunct. They all shameless support a lawyer who goes around OPENLY and repeatedly preaching violence on women just because they have affairs before marriage !!! . Solution I propose is that activists should work to convince 45 crore voters to send orders to MP via SMS to print RTR-BCI-Chairman draft in Gazette. . . Dear MP , please print Right to Recall specific Minister law-draft in the Gazette so that we voters can replace Ministers in charge of dept , other than Defence , Home etc and dept such as Education, Chemical, Fertilizer etc . But same draft will work for BCI Chaimans after adding one item in list of 112 positions --- "Bar Council Chairman of India " . Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite . Consider 10000 super-elitemen wealthiest individuals. The most effective force which forced these 1000 individuals to keep the products of their oligopolies low is the competition which comes from next 50000 sub-superelitemen !!! The inheritance tax these 50000 inidividuals and creates minimal loss to top 10000 !! Which is why (wealth tax minus income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid is better minus other credits) is better alternative than inheritance tax !!! . Now I would request ALL recallists to explain (or oppose) "How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite" .
