No one should be executed in "encounter" style proposed by Kumar Bisvas is piece of junk. Allowing policemen to "encounter" criminals without trial by Jury is just open invitation to corruption and rampant atrocities leading to civil war and collapse. . Even Stalin's Russia had elected judges who decided punishments in ALL non-political cases. Even Stalin had wisdom to confine "encounter" to senior political opponents , and not practice it on anyone and everyone. . So dear AAPians , please publicize good law-drafts such as Right to Recall judge and Jury System. and please leave such James Bonds like Kumar Biswas. .

Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . But most CoBhAp members still oppose it when asked. Why? . First lets see why SoMoKe oppose this proposal. Sonia Gandhi owns land worth over Rs 5000 crore in via charitable trusts in Delhi alone !!! How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite . Consider 10000 super-elitemen wealthiest individuals. The most effective force which forced these 1000 individuals to keep the products of their oligopolies low is the competition which comes from next 50000 sub-superelitemen !!! The inheritance tax these 50000 inidividuals and creates minimal loss to top 10000 !! Which is why (wealth tax minus income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid is better minus other credits) is better alternative than inheritance tax !!! .
