Dear Recallists, . We have a standstill in Rajya Sabha . Some MPs , mainly Congress etc , are stalling the proceedings for their nefarious reasons. And when BJP was in power , BJP MPs did same in Loksabha. . The RS speaker has power to force everyone to sit quite or expel, and order a voting. The result of voting can be as per MPs' choice. . But speaker has sold out , and so he is also deliberately not ordering voting in RS. . Solution I propose are -- Right to Recall RS speaker and RTR over RS MP . The procedure can be similar to RTR RBI Governor as given in chap-9 of http://ift.tt/1sHEvzm . And RTR-RS-MP can be similar to that procedure at state level. . Please make a DRAFT for RTR-RS-Speaker and RTR-RS-MP and pls post on FB as status. Please make a tinyurl.com keyword. And pls work to start an "order your MP via SMS with link to RTR-RS-Speaker-draft" campaign. .

Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . But most CoBhAp members still oppose it when asked. Why? . First lets see why SoMoKe oppose this proposal. Sonia Gandhi owns land worth over Rs 5000 crore in via charitable trusts in Delhi alone !!! And multiply by 10 or 15 for all India estimate. She has lot to lose if this information becomes public. So she opposed this RRG proposal. . But does NaMo oppose this proposal? How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite . Consider 10000 super-elitemen wealthiest individuals. The most effective force which forced these 1000 individuals to keep the products of their oligopolies low is the competition which comes from next 50000 sub-superelitemen !!! The inheritance tax these 50000 inidividuals and creates minimal loss to top 10000 !! Which is why (wealth tax minus income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid is better minus other credits) is better alternative than inheritance tax !!! . Now I would request ALL recallists to explain (or oppose) "How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite" .
