The contribution of Ahimsamurti Rashtrapita Mahatma Subhaschandra Bose became known to public due to efforts of net-activists and pamhplet-activists, NOT tall leaders like Doval , Subramanian Swamy etc who are coming at last moment ONLY to grab credit. Lets ask a question to Mr. Doval and Mr. Subramanian Swamy ---- why did you hide the facts for so many decades? And one more Q to Subramanian Swamy , who helped USA in dethroning ABV in 1998 --- why didnt you demand disclosure of files when you were Minister in around 1990? For years and years, activists via internet and pamphlets informed fellow activists and citizens that REAL reason why we got freedom was NOT fasts and dharana of Duratma Gandhi and Congress leaders, but the damage that Mahatma Subhaschandra Bose's Indian National Army did on British and the encouragement INA gave to Indian soldiers in Indian Army. . This information spreading started on net in 1998 onwards and went on for some 15 years. Today, almost every activists knows this fact. . In past 15 years , Subramanian Swamy never gave any newspaper advt to publicize these facts. Nor did Mr. Doval. Now that almost all activist in India knows this fact, and the fact was going to become public knowledge in few years anyway, these two gents are rushing to collect credit of making these facts parts of "public knowledge". !!! . Reality is that they too were part of clique which hid these facts for over 60 years. eg why didnt Subramanian Swamy demanded these facts in around 1990 when he was Minister? Mr. Dova has a good excuse that he was a govt servant and so had no liberty to give newspaper advt saying that "feedom didnt come due to Gandhi but came due to Mahatma Bose". Well, but Mr. Doval retired in around year 2004, and so he too had 10 years to publicize these facts. But he chose not to. . The question is NOT why he is saying it now. The question why is he saying this only after EVERYBODY ALREADY KNOWS !!! Obviously, to collect credit of bringing facts to public, something which he never did. . Well, let me give more facts that these gents are hiding . 1. When Naval soldiers started revolution in feb-1946, every Congress, RSS leader had opposed them. Vallabhbhai Patel officially gave a newspaper statement asking soldiers to surrender. There is NO record of even one RSS-apex leader of issuing statement or calling for even a rally to support the rebelling soldiers. . 2. Only communist party leaders had supported the soldiers. . 3. The British Govt had dismissed all rebelling soldiers. And Duratma Gandhi , Jawaherlal Ghazi and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel had refused to take the soldiers back in service or give them retirement benefits. . ===== . My point --- a huge amount of time and money is needed to make facts part of public knowledge. It is necessary we give the credit of that work to lakhs of activists who spent hours and hours spreading this information via net and via pamphlets. The two gentlemen, Doval and Subramanian Swamy are coming arriving at last moment ONLY to collect credit of making this information part of public knowledge. In their whole life, when information was NOT public knowledge, they did NOTHING to make it part of public knowledge. Lets NOT give credit to such credit-grabbers. .
