1. PMM = Pandit Madanmohan Malavia was apex leader in HMS = Hindu Mahasabha who asked all Hibduvaadi youth to become political and actively work in politics. The biggest damage to HMS came when a certain Hinduvaadi organization came, and its apex leaders asked youth to become apolitical and confine to exercises and social work !! British tried to suppress HMS, but it was apex-leaders of that Hinduvaadi organization which cut off the worker supply to HMS by creating a pseudo-clone !! Supply of workers is like oxygen to an organization. That organization got huge funding from Scindhia , who were British agents. Name the apex of that organization (please note --- we should NOT blame the workers, and we should blame only apex). . ====== . 2. Here is a sad chapter in Indian Freedom Movement --- it was British who "asked" Congress-apex to appoint Jawahar Ghazi as PM of India, and Vallabhbhai Patel didnt raise his head and quietly accepted the decision !!! Here is how chain of even went. . In 1946 , every district in Congress held meeting on who should become PM of India. The reps of district went to zonal offices. Congress back then was divided into 13 zones. Each zone sent 2 representatives. Out of 13 zones, 11 zones overwhelmingly voted for Vallabhbhai Patel. In Ahmedabad, Each zone sent 2 rep to forward decision of zone. So some 22 out of 26 reps voted for Vallabhbhai Patel. . British ordered Tata, Birla, Bajaj, Dalmia, Sarabhai etc to ensure that Jawaher Ghazi becomes PM !! These people's factories would go bust without spare parts coming from UK. So they obeyed British and called Duratma Gandhi to order Vallabhbhai to withdraw. Duratma Gandhi's magazines, media coverage , ashram ran on money from these moneymen. So Duratma Gandhi obeyed these moneymen and ordered Vallabhbhai Patel to withdraw his nomination. And the saddest part is --- Vallabhbhai Patel did NOT raise his head and said NO !!! The supporters of Vallabhbhai Patel may not like to hear this. But well, this is sad sad truth. All his life, till 1948, Vallabhbhai Patel never said "NO" to any demand of Duratma Gandhi, even it were anti-India and even nonsensical !! Thats because whole Congress ran on money and media from British dispatched via the Indian moneymen !!! . And Congress didnt have procedures by which workers can immediately appoint a new person as replacement of both. . That was 1946, when only 2% people was under foreign paidmedia !! Today, % is much higher. And as FDI in Indian companies increase, more and more Indian moneymen will side with Americans (modern day British). IOW, the pressure on all tall leaders including SoMoKe on accepting Americans' decisions will increase. . The moral of the story is --- if you are an activist, then make sure that your organization is DIRECTLY giving newspaper advt and / or has a magaznine which is reaching to every voter via activist-funded sources. The newspaper advertisements and magazines should be solely funded by activists money. And activists must have DIRECT procedures to replace their leaders, and also replace the replacement, in case the replacement withdraws. The activists must make leaders replaceable. I repeat ---- THE ACTIVISTS MUST ENSURE THAT LEADERS ARE REPLACEABLE. . And here is the hard part ---- to have organization in which leaders are replaceable, the activist will have to make themselves replaceable !!! To make a wall, a brick has to become "shapeless" i.e. all bricks needs to identical shape. The activist should decide which wall he wants to becoem part. He should also use his mind, and leave the wall and join another wall, if the architects of the wall appear to be compromised. But at the same time, he needs to make himself "uniformly identical" to fellow activists and work to ensue that fellow activists also confirm. So part of the time, he needs to have his identity and part of the time, he needs to give up is identity. The latter is hard part, but necessary to ensure that leaders are replaceable.
