It is quite disheartening to see that SoMoKe, SoMoKe-andhbhagats are supporting commercialization of relation between womb and child, and supporting FDI in that business !! . The most fundamental relation in human is relation between child and mother who gives the womb. It is more fundamental than relation between man and god , and relation between citizen and nation. Both two latter relations are man made, while the first one came before man created god , and man created nation. . (Aside : please only copy-paste . Pls dont like-share , unless you have mobile which doesnt support copy-paste , in which pls only share , but dont like. I get 400-500 notifications a day and that wastes away my time. So please dont waste more of my time by like-share - TIA). . Pls google on "surrogacy law India" for more details. The law was passed by UPA in around 2004 because women in west dont want to bear kids and so only way left to stop negative population growth rate was to convince MPs of India, to create an industry in India, by which couples of West can come to India, hire wombs of Indian women, and get babies. The Congress, CPM MPs happily passed the law for some bribes in return. The BJP MPs opposed, but they never offered any real opposition. They too had obtained bribes for not opposing the law. . Womb-rental business is FDI of worst proportion, where foreigners are giving doilars to rent wombs. And the business is booming --- it is over $ 400 million per year and set to be over 10 times in next 2-4 years. . Now that NaMo is power, NaMo is supporting this womb-rental law-draft. Proof --- if he opposes this womb rental law, the why is he NOT repealing it? Please dont give me excuse about lower strength Rajsabha. NDA has sufficient strength in Joint Session. . I , at Right to Recall Group has been opposing womb rental law-draft since 2005. Last week, we started campaign to request voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to cancel womb-rental laws. The order we have asked voters to send is. . " Dear MP of _____________ constituency , I , name _______________ , voter# ________________ order you to repeal all laws related to surrogacy and print law-draft to end commercial surrogacy For details, pls seehttp://tinyurl.com/EndSurrogacyLaw ". . SoMoKe-andbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa- are now openly and shamelessly supporting womb-rental laws . Proof --- none of them have sent the above order to their MP via SMS !!! And they are asking all NOT to send such order to MP via SMS !! . We at Right to Recall Group, are the ONLY activists in India, working to get womb-rental law repealed !!!! And yes, if our campaign clicks, then SoMoKe would run to repeal womb-rental and claim credit !! But as of now, SoMoKe are supporting womb rental industry !! Their goal is now --- MAKE INDIA A WOMB RENTAL SUPER-POWER !! And implement "Make in India" in this area too. . Now those who support womb-rental industry and the forexr it reans are welcome to work with SoMoKe , SoMoKe-andbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers . But those who oppose womb-rental have only one choice --- Right to recall Group !! The only choice for them left now is to dump SoMoKe , SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers. Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite . Consider 10000 super-elitemen wealthiest individuals. The most effective force which forced these 1000 individuals to keep the products of their oligopolies low is the competition which comes from next 50000 sub-superelitemen !!! The inheritance tax these 50000 inidividuals and creates minimal loss to top 10000 !! Which is why (wealth tax minus income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid is better minus other credits) is better alternative than inheritance tax !!! .
