Black rupees INSIDE India vs Black dollars OUTSIDE India. . (please only copy-paste. Pls dont like-share , as like share gives notifications and disturbs me. Consider a person who says that "I will try my best to bring water from Mars" but that person refuses to fetch water from a local well. People who talk about bringing black dollars back and do NOTHINGH about black rupees in India fall in that category. . A person who doesnt wish to do anything about black rupees INSIDE India and talks on and on and on and on about black dollars OUTSIDE india are people who intention is to fool voters, . Using simple law-drafts, over 90% of black rupees inside India can be unearthed in few days. But CoBhApSwaRa-workers and SoMoKe-andhbhagats and SoMoke dont want to do that. Instead, they go on and on and on and on about black dollars in India. . How can we reduce black rupees in India. . 1. Automatic auction of land after sale of land - see chap-25 of rahulmehta . com / 301.htm . Such laws exist in Latvia and many places. The rule is "If A sells land to B for Rs X , and within 30 days if C offers 15% extra , then land goes to C and B gets Rs X plys 15% extra . This reduces role of black money. . 2. Remove VAT / GST and instead use wealth tax , which is implemented as (wealth tax of 2% of market value minus 1000 sqft of land per family - 2000 sqft of construction per family minus income tax he paid minus 15% of salaries he paid to his employees minus Rs 100 per year per member) where any voter of India can become member of 5 trusts or companies. . 3. Impose wealth tax on all trusts including religious trusts including temples, gurudwara, mosques and churches, with additional deduction of Rs 100 per member per year , where any voter of India can become member of 5 trusts or companies. . 4. Remove tax benefits given to Mauritius companies, Singapore companies , SEZ companies etc etc. . These steps will reduce use of black rupees to near zero. . But SoMoKe ,SoMoKe-andbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers dont want to work on publicizing above law-drafts and give loooooooooooong speeches on black dollars outside India. They basically promise of getting water from Mars and oppose the proposals to fetch water from near by wells !! . So please dont waste time with SoMoKe-andbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers. Please publciize the law-drafts of above. .
