A very IMPORTANT question to all recallists.-II . Pls note : The question is NOT about RTR-concept or any law-draft. It is about "order your MP via SMS with URL" method. . Part-I is in fb .com/groups/righttorecallparty/permalink/10152909499408103/ . Let me re-state the problem again. . All activists make some assumptions about limits of strength of hostile MPs and strengths their tall leaders. eg . 1. AAPians say that hostile MPs are so strong that will of 80 crore voters means nothing. And once their tall leader AK has 300 MPs in Loksabha and 130 MPs Rajsabha, AK will surely make all good law-drafts. . 2. NaMo-vaadies say same about NaMo. . 3. And SG-andbhagats say same about Priyanka Gandhi, RaGa etc . So as per SoMoKe-supporters. the road to good law-drafts is simple ----- vote for SoMoKe. And what if SoMoke change their mind? This possibility is zero in their opinion. And as per SoMoKe-vaadies , 80 crore voters's wish is zero against 800 MPs. So only way to get law-drafts made is "vote for SoMoKe" !! . We at Right to Recall Group work with assumption that once 44 crore voters or more voters send order to MPs via SMS containing one SPECIFIC URL or one specific URN, then the law-draft contained in that URL or URN will get printed , by virtue of Ahmisa Murti Mahatma Udham Singh = AMUS . IOW, we have faith in AMUS. As per RRG, voting a specific tgall leader into power isnt necessary. . But to convince AMUS to act, as per our beliefs , it is necessary that crores and crores of voters send same specific URL or URN via SMS. . And HERE COMES ONE SERIOUS PROBLEM. And I request all of you to think of solution to THIS specific problem. . 1. say 1 lakh activists are spreading information amongst 80 crore voters on a specific law-draft. . 2. say that law-draft is RTR-Police-Commissioner-draft . . 3. and say the activists convince over 60 crore voters to send orders to MPs via SMS containing URL to the law-draft. . 4. say some 10000 activists have posted draft as FB status or as bittorrent file. . 5. say 60 crore voters are sending one of these 10000 URLs or bittorrent URN. And each voter has sent only one URL. So on average, 1 URL has been sent by some 60 crore / 10000 = 60,00,00,000 / 10000 = 60,000 voters. . 6, Say highest URL has got say 1 crore SMS and top 10 URLs are between 1 crore and 10 lakhs. . 7. So problem is ---- NO URL crossed 44 crore mark. . So what solution do YOU propose? . i.e. what steps activists / voters should take so that one URL crosses 42 crore mark, WITHOUT any centralized decision making process. . Please note that most activists will NOT agree to switch to a different law-draft. Also, most activists know only 50-100 other activists and DO NOT know of all URLs. . And also note that a law-draft is NOT a solution to this problem. The law-drafts come via activism method. And if the FIRST activism method has problem, and only an activism method can reduce that problem. A law-draft can reduce problems in NEXT set of activism methods. But the FIRST activism method is about bringing one of the FIRST LAW-DRAFTS . And so the first activism method should NOT depend on any law-draft but depend on activism only/

Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite . Consider 10000 super-elitemen wealthiest individuals. The most effective force which forced these 1000 individuals to keep the products of their oligopolies low is the competition which comes from next 50000 sub-superelitemen !!! The inheritance tax these 50000 inidividuals and creates minimal loss to top 10000 !! Which is why (wealth tax minus income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid is better minus other credits) is better alternative than inheritance tax !!! . Now I would request ALL recallists to explain (or oppose) "How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite" .
