Existing PSU like Railways or city utilities use following model . 1. The heads , be elected or appointed, they arent recallable by voters. . 2 The staff is under judges and NOT under Juries. . ==== . The model we at Right to Recall Group propose/support is RTR-Jury model as . 1. The heads , be elected or appointed, should be made recallable by specific RTR-draft . 2 The staff is under judges and NOT under Juries. . ===== . The model SoMoKe propose/support is private-foreign model aka . 1. Sell PSU such as Railways etc and even municipal services to foreign or Indian private companies. . 2 The staff will be under private management with only rudimentary control by judges . ====== . Between existing and RTR-Jury SoMoKe-andbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers support existing model as recall and Juries in their opinions are bad. . Between existing and private-foreign model , SoMoKe-andbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers support private-foreign model !!! . And SoMoKe-andbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-worker will only compare existing and private-foreign model . They never dare to compare these two models with RTR-Jury model.
