There are several ways by which a group of activist X can make a law-draft passed. Two of them are . 1. Activists can join big parties and lobby inside party for those laws . 2. Activists can tell the FACT , to members of big parties , that leaders of ALL their parties oppose these law-drafts. The activists will have to work very very hard and spend a lots of money in distribute pamphlets etc . (2) will involve lot of speaking truth, which their supporters will call as "bad mouthing" . But as more and more people come to know about values of these law-drafts, more and more members will ask their tall leaders about these law-drafts and their reputation will fall. To save their reputation, the tall leaders will finally claim that these law-drafts were their own proposals !!! And they will try to implement a twisted , weak, useless version of these law-drafts. At that time, activists will have to again explain the members that "see , your tall leader is deliberately twisting and weakening the proposed law-drafts". And this can result into some improvement of law-drafts. . (1) is total waste of time. The tall leaders will give chai-pani-biscuits and ask to broom the streets , wear caps and so all timepass. . In either case , activists are unlikely to get credit for the work. The elitemen using paidmedia will ensure that only the tall leaders get credit for these law-drafts. But at least (2) will ensure that those law-drafts will pass. . To be specific, we want law-drafts like JurySys, DDMRCAM, RTR, wealth tax, TCP etc. We can join CoBhAp and word with them. That will be all chai-paani-biscuit, street-brooming, selifie-uploading, cap-wearing etc. And other option is (1) we distribute lakhs of pamphlets at our money and time and energy on JurySys, DDMRCAM, RTR etc . (2) we tell the FACT to all that SoMoKe oppose these laws. As more and more people know about these laws-drafts, the leaders will come forward to hijack the credit of these law-drafts. They will propose useless law-drafts , and using them, convincing members that they oppose these proposals will become easier, though it will remain voluminous task. And this will increase probability of getting these law-drafts passed. .
