The trials on Sant Rampal , Asaram Bapu etc and ALL trials in India should be done by Jury and NOT by judges. I never had faith in judges, since I was kid. And now it is OFFICIALLY known and accepted by most that most judges are corrupt, nepotic, always looking for transfers, promotions, trying to get relatives placed etc etc. . Along with Jury Trials, we also need Right to Recall judges so that voters can get corrupt , nepotic judges expelled and replace them with less corrupt individuals. . On one hand murtipujal akanyaya-murti-pujak aka judge-worshippers say that the judges are non-corrupt. And in next line, they will oppose Right to recall judges !! Well, if judges are non-corrupt and non-nepotic, then why should people expel judges ? Basically, they know that most judges are corrupt and nepotic and they know that if RTR judges come, then most judges will not only get expelled but will also land in jail once Jury takes their narco-test on cases of their corruption and NEPOTISM. . It isnt just case of Baba Rampal or Asaram Bapu. I am speaking for all 3 crore pending cases and some 30 lakh cases that come every year. All cases should be decided by Jury of 12 , 25, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 or 1500 as may be the case and the strength of the accused.
