Sant Rampal's episode is getting interesting. His followers have made following IMO valid arguments . And a REAL QUESTION comes --- why did Sant Rampal decide to use abusive language for Swamy Dayanand Saraswati? ==== . Sant Rampal's followers have made following arguments which IMO seem valid ---- . 1. The followers of Sant rampal are involved only in self defence and they have never carried out any offence. The violence occurred when the private citizens who oppose Sant Rampal, in year 2006, had ENCIRCLED the Satpal ashram for several days, blocked people and food \ water etc from moving in and out, had broken electricity connection and so forth !! And when they did so, policemen had helped the private citizens who had gheraoed the ashram. So the followers of Sant Rampal had only retaliated against aggrssive gherao. . 2. There was no direct involvement by Sant Rampal. His followers say that they had acted in self defence without any of his instruction. Despite this Sant Rampal was charged by the court. . 3. Sant Rampal's followers have VERY VALID EXCUSE that judges in Haryana courts are corrupt. . 4. Sant Rampal did appear in court in 2008. The judge didnt give bail for over 6 months. For over 6 months, Sant Rampal was in prison and was brought in the court whenever judge wanted. Yet the judge didnt dispose the case !!! . 5. Later, it was Sant Rampal's followers who stopped Sant rampal for appearing in court !!! This is interesting !! IOW, one claim is that it was followers of Sant Rampal who had stopped policemen from entering into ashram and it was followers of Sant Rampal who had stopped Sant Rampal from leaving the ashram !!! The followers stopped policemen and Sant Rampal because policemen and judges are all corrupt, nepotic etc. . Whatever one may say, I must thank Sant Rampal for one thing ----- he is the ONLY saint , or non-saint if you think he isnt saint, in India who has raised voice against corruption in judges !! He has published two booklets against corruption in judges. The solutions he has proposed IMO are useless. But at least, he showed courage to say that most judges are corrupt and that problem should be addressed. Otherwise, all saints I see keep silence on the issue of corruption and nepotism of judges !! Or, please name me ONE saint who has distributed 10000s of booklets accusing judges of corruption with names !! These booklets are worth a glance. PLEASE DOWNLOAD SANT RAMPAL'S BOOKLETS ON CORRUPTION IN JUDGES. Even if you oppose Sant Rampal, these booklets are worth reading. . ================================== . Nevertheless a REAL QUESTION comes --- why did Sant Rampal decide to use abusive language for Swamy Dayanand Saraswati? What does he gain? I am trying to get answer to this question. One answer is ---- such abuses would get wider coverage from MNC-Missionary-paid paidmediamen. The MNC-owners and Missionaries are always interested in adding fuel to fire in inter-sect fights in Hindus and Muslims. eg MNC-owners give huge weapons and money to shia as well as sunni across world to kill one another !!! So if anyone abuses Hindu saints, his paidmedia coverage in India increases. And if a Hindu Saint is abusing another Hindu Saints, then it is best god send opportunity for Missionaries. So it is more than likely that Sant Rampal saw that if he abuses Swamy Dayanand Saraswati, then Missionary-paid paidmediamen would increase his coverage in paidmedia and that will get him more followers. In fact, Missionaries would also provide him medicines for free so that he gets more and more followers. . But the above explanation that "Sant Rampal abused Swamy Dayanand Saraswati to get more coverage from Missionary-paid paidmedia" has something missing. When a sect leader abuses a saint of another sect, then many of his own followers turn away !! The followers dont mind criticism of thoughts, but personal abuses of a saint of a rival sect gives a bad taste in mouth across Hindus of all sects. And no publicity is worth for a sect leader if it decreases the number of followers or gives bad taste in the mouth of the followers. Thats why, NO Kabirpanthi sahib ever abused any saint of another sect personally, and has confined to criticism of thoughts only. So "why Sant Rampal decided to abuse Swamy Dayanand Saraswati" is a question that needs more scrutiny. . The question is important because inter-sect clashes in Hindus are all set to rise. The clash between Kabirpathis and followers of Swamy Dayanand Saraswati is IMO the tip of the iceberg. Many more clashes may come soon. The Kabirpanth is growing by lakhs and tens of lakhs. And that isnt a problem IMO. The problem is that sect leader decides to abuse saints of another sect , bigger problem is that --- despite abuses his following doesnt decrease !!! . One can take convenient stands like "corrupt judges must be respected at any cost" etc etc . Well, judges didnt punish even one corrupt Minister in past 60 years. And this case is far far more complex than corruption case. So hoping that the existing corrupt judges will reduce the mess is nativity beyond infinity. Only activists can solve this problem, and that too ONLY if activist decide to spend TIME on this problem and solutions. . One thing is clear --- the MNC-Missionary-paid paidmedia has been adding fuel to fire for past 10 years. And SoMoKe-andbhagats may against FDI in paidmedia, but they support leaders namely SoMoKe who support FDI in paidmedia. IOW, eben if intentions of SoMoKe-andhbhagats and ChoBhApSwaRa-workers may be good, the action of SoMoKe-andhbhagats and ChoBhApSwaRa-workers is adding fuel to the fire. . So the activists who want to reduce this inter-sect mess in Hindus should stop wasting time with SoMoKe-andhbhagats and ChoBhApSwaRa-workers .
