How can activists without Govt help, create a parallel FAST rapid "almost" unique-id system , and property ownership system with zero centralization of citizens who are willing to make their information public? . All data will be on torrents. NO SERVERS !!! . The activist can get following data of people around him ---- . FirstName in English , in all lowercase , A-Z only --- . LastName in English , in all lowercase , A-Z only --- . MiddleName in English , all lowercase , A-Z only --- . DoB in as he says --- YYYY-MMM-DD format . Gram, Tahsil, District , State of birth --- . Father's FirstName in English , in all lowercase , A-Z only --- . Mother's FirstName in English , in all lowercase , A-Z only --- . Grandfather's First in English , all lowercase , A-Z only --- . Gender - M / F . Born 1st , 2nd , 3rd or 4th --- in case of twin, teriplet , quadrapule . 0 if person isnt twin. . Put above feild separated by " , ". . eg my string will be "( rahul , mehta , chimanbhai , 1968-july-06 , city , city , surendranagar , gujarat , chimanbhai , nirmalaben , amichandbhai , m , 0 )" . The MD5 hash of above is a good enough almost unique-id. . Later , activist can take picture of people around him , .put name and md5 has of above string , and make md5 hash of the picture. The two md5 hash will be mapped. . And later, activists can make a file of ten fingerprints, and put those files on torrents . And later land ownership details can be put on torrents in the same way. . All in all , it is possible to have a person-id system as well as land-ownership data on torrent without much Govt. .
