Dear recallists, . Pls write one status post on following issue --- Jayant Sinha supported inheritance tax i.e. taxing 35% of wealth of elitemen having over Rs 25 crore of wealth upon death, and yet Indian elitemen like Ambani , Tata, Adani , Ambani , Bajaj , Birla etc could NOT stop him from becoming MP and Minister. This proves a claim I had made long back, that CoBhAp are now controlled by Western elitemen and NOT by Indian elitemen. To put in simple words --- CoBhAp are controlled by Rothschilde \ Rockefellars and not by Ambani \ Adani. . How inheritance tax as proposed by Jayant Sinha , Arun Jetley and NaMo will help Rockefellar \ Rothschilde and damage Ambani , Adani . 1. The way Rothschilde etc buy shares and lands in India is via trusts they on in Europe , USA . So say Rothschilde owns land worth Rs 100,000 crore in India. Then when he died, inheritance tax will be will be zero, as the land is owned by trusts registered in Europe . 2. The way Ambani etc buy shares and lands in India is directly in their names . So when they die, some 35% may go as taxes as proposed by Jayant Sinha. OR , Ambani etc will have to create a trust and move assets in trust in which case IAS and judges will get ample oppurtunities to interfere in management and weaken them. . IOW, inheritance tax as proposed Jayant Sinha benefits Rothschilde over Ambani etc. . The solution I propose is (2% wealth tax - no tax on 250 sqft of land per person - no tax on 500 sqft construction per person - 15% of salary the wealth owner has paid - income tax the wealth owner has paid). And a foreigner will have to pay 3% instead of 2%. And only inheritance tax will be deemed capital gains tax. The proposal hurts ONLY a hoarder and no one else. .. Anyway, if Ambani etc were in charge, Jayant Sinha would have never dared to support inheritance tax. Please elaborate these issues. .
