Proof that leadership isnt much interested in genuine auction . Auction at one mine fetched Rs 106 per tonne --- highest bidder was Navin Jindal !! Yes, Congress ex-MP Jindal and the man who gave anti-corruption awards to ArKe !!! . Auction at other mine fetched Rs 3500 per tonne . And difference isnt quality of coal, but auction rules that allow and restrict companies !! . And the mining auction is NOT held OPENLY in public. The e-auction keeps everything secret !! Auction was NOT televised live !!! . The mine blocks are kept large so that small companies can enter. . Stringent conditions ensure that many companies cant even apply. . All in all, auction is happening not because people at top really want a genuine auction. But social media has created enough pressure that now 100% discretionary allotment isnt possible, So auction is held, with strict auction conditions and "semi-openness" only. Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . But most CoBhAp members still oppose it when asked. Why? . First lets see why SoMoKe oppose this proposal. Sonia Gandhi owns land worth over Rs 5000 crore in via charitable trusts in Delhi alone !!!
