RRG u said in tcp when a citizen will go to patwari to cast yes or no on particular complaint. But how it will happen My mother is wondering after patwari for legal heir certificate after my nana's death. So the patwari is available in the office either once a week or 2days a week that also on different days . So if if a person is not sitting in a office regularly then how tcp will work effectively .

Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? .
