The citizens in USA do four tasks --- appoint using elections , expel using recall , make laws using referendum and punish offices/criminals or acquit wrongfully accused innocents using Jury System. . In India, SoMoKe , SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa workers insist that citizens MUST not have power to expel, make laws or act as Jurors. They should only appoint using elections, and NOT have other 3 powers. . And citizens in USA appoint following officials . 1. President 2. Vice President 3. Senator aka Rajyasabha MP 4. Representative aka Loksabha MP (every two years) 5. Governor 6. Deputy Governor 7. Important State Minister - eg in some state Agriculture and Law Minister are directly elected by citizens eg Kansas . 8. State Chief Judge 9. Other State Judges 10. State Assemblymen 11. State Member of Legislative Council 12. State Public Prosecutor 13. District Mayor 14. District Police Chief 15. District Education Officer 16. District Judges 17. District Public Prosecutor 18. District Councilor and so forth. . Please note that at State \ Distict levels , it varies eg many officials elected in one state may not be elected in another state but that other state will have some other officials as elected. . And at State / District levels, all elected authorities are recallable !! . Whereas citizens in India elect only following 1. Loksabha MP 2. State Assembly MLA 3. City Corporators ,. And none are recallable, SoMoKe , SoMoKe-andhnbhagats etc oppose recall on all of them !!! . And citizens of India have no power to make laws or punish officers / criminals using Jury System and/or acquit wrongfully accused innocents. . SoMoKe and ChoBhAp-leaders upholad that citizens of India are "morons" and mentally incapable of holding these powers and so these powers must remain with officers they appoint or with magistrates / judges . And so SoMoKe oppose elections of public prosecutors, elections of police chiefs, election of district education officer and oppose recall over them. And SoMoKe and ChoBhAp-leaders also oppose Jury System. ,. And SoMoKe-andhbhagats also oppose recall / Jury because their tall leaders namely SoMoke oppose them. . And when anything goes wrong --- SoMoKe and SoMoKe-andhbhagats run to blame the "people" !!! . We at Right to Recall Group are ONLY political activists in India who are working to install Jury System, and also install Right to Recall at all positions in Govts such as Supreme judges, PM, MP including RS MPs, important Ministers, CM, MLAs, state ministers, State judges, District Police Chiefs, District judges, District Education Officers etc. .
