I hear that , of tehe three seats that Delhi used ---- one of them had paper ballots. Can anyone confirm that? Can anyone confirm any differences in votes that that seat got and other seats?

Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details.
