The real issue Mauritius route which is problem as follows . 1. When an Indian entity invests in USA \ UK \ Japan \ China, directly or via any country, it pays income tax in USA and not in India . . 2. When a USA \ UK entity invests in India , via Mauritius, it pays tax in USA \ UK and not in India !!! Likewise, when a Japanese company invests in India via Singapore and Chinese company invests in India via Fiji, they will pay taxes in Japan and China and NOT in India !!! . These treaty means "Gora \ Japata \ Chapata will pay no tax in India but pay tax only in USUK \ Japan \ China , while desi will pay all taxes in India as well as USUS \ Japan\China ". . IMO , these tax treaties are open insults to us Indians. . SoMOKe = SoGa \ NaMo \ ArKe , one and the same, ek hi thailei ke chatte batte --- are supporting this Mauritius \ Singapore \ Fijij treaties. . All leaders of Congress, BJP , AAP , RSS also support these tax laws. . All workers of Congress, BJP, AAP, RSS, Bharat Swabhiman Trust also support these tax laws. . Rajeev Dixitjee was opposed Mauritius route. But all BST workers now OPENLY support this Mauritius route, Singapore route, Fiji route etc . NOW, DO YOU SUPPORT \ OPPOSE THESE TAX TREATIES ? . Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? .
