Nuclear power - I support nuclear power withCONDITION that all equipment etc should be 100% made in India and made by Indians. eg France , China etc . France has huge nuclear power establishment.France makes over 70% of power they produce from nukes. And they never had accident/ Chernobyl was poor maintenance and Japan was a sheer act of nature --- a rare comination of very high earthquake and very large tsunami at the same time. Much of India sint earthquake zone and power plan can be made at a distance from ocean to ensure that tsunami doesnt create an issue. . My opposition is ONLY at imported equipment. . We should NOT import anything but manufacture everything on our own --- the way China and France do. . So is insurance policy deal is good? NO, It isnt, But I wont waste my time on this issue --- because even if US companies were to bear all damage of accident, I am still opposed to IMPORTING nuclear equipment. . Muclear power is NOT expensive. It is expensive at rupee per unit rate, but the nuclear power plan also provide material for nuclear bombs , which is priceless. As of now, we dont have even 1/50th of nuclear strength of China, forget US and Russia. So we need nuclear material for nukes and for that we need nuclear power plants . Solution I propose is Right to Recall electricity Minister, Jury System and RTR-judges. RTR Electricity etc. . RTR-judge and JurySys will decrease inefficiencies of factory owners which will improve manufacturing and thus enable us to make more equipment of all types. . Right to Recall Elcetricity Minister is to ensure that electricity minister follows "make in India made by indians" policy for nuclear power equipment. . So please send following two orders to MPs via SMS ==== . Dear MP , please print Right to Recall specific Minister law-draft in the Gazette so that we voters can replace Ministers in charge of dept , other than Defence , Home etc and dept such as Education, Chemical, Fertilizer etc .
