This post is NOT for my personal friends -- i.e. NOT for friends who are my relatives or studied in KVA or IITD or Rutgers or worked with me in Goldman, Morgan, UBS, Network Programs , Amap, DCA, Mansi etc. . This post is ONLY for NON-personal friends. . I will be "unfollow" all non-personal friends whose profile is NOT "politically serious" !!! . What is a "politically serious" profile? --- a person who tries to ensure that his personal posts go to personal friends ONLY and his personal posts DO NOT come in newsfeed of non-personal friends !!! So that only his political posts come in newsfeed of his non-personal friends. . A politically serious facebook profile is one which who shows ONLY politically serious posts to his non-personal-friends and ensures that . 1. Please divide your friends into two parts --- personal friends and political associates. If you are too buy too to do that, then save your time skip the remaining steps. . 2. Put default post settings as "personal friends" and NOT all friends. . 3. When your post a non-political post, use publishing option as "personal friends". . 4. When your post a political post, use publishing option as "political associates" or "all friends". All in all, I have 5000 friends, of which 4500 are political. Now I keep getting all personal posts of them in my newsfeed and that wastes away a lot of my time. And I am sure many of you may be having political associates and personal friends. And they will all get disturbed with your non-political posts in their newsfeed. If you keep posting posts with "all friends" or "public" as option, then I have no choice but unfollow you. (please note that this DOES NOT apply for my personal friends). . So all in all, please make sure that your non-political posts do NOT come in newsfeed of your political associated like myself. . Once again, if you are my personal friend, then pls disregard this ENTIRE post. .

Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings' details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . But most CoBhAp members still oppose it when asked. Why? . First lets see why SoMoKe oppose this proposal. Sonia Gandhi owns land worth over Rs 5000 crore in via charitable trusts in Delhi alone !!! How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite . Consider 10000 super-elitemen wealthiest individuals. The most effective force which forced these 1000 individuals to keep the products of their oligopolies low is the competition which comes from next 50000 sub-superelitemen !!! The inheritance tax these 50000 inidividuals and creates minimal loss to top 10000 !! Which is why (wealth tax minus income tax paid minus 15% of salaries paid is better minus other credits) is better alternative than inheritance tax !!! . Now I would request ALL recallists to explain (or oppose) "How inheritance tax benefits super-elite by taxing sub-superelite and reducing competitive edge of sub-elite" .
