The Parliament hereby declares Ahimsamurti Mahatma Subhashchandra Bose as Rashtrapita i.e Father of Nation. . 2. All Central Govt and State Govt documents printed after this date, and all Central Govt and State Govt officers henceforth will refer to only Mahatma Subhashchandra Bose as Rashtrapita , and not refer anyone else as Rashtrapita. . 3. All textbooks aided by Centralor State Govt or in boards recognised by Central or State Govt must henceforth mention Mahatma Subhashchandra Bose as Rashtrapita , and not refer anyone else as Rashtrapita. . 4. If any Central Govt and State Govt Govt officer deliberately refers to anyone else as Rashtrapita , then he may be fined by fine less than or equal to his monthly salary for every offence.
