Suicide of Gajendra Singh --- 500 Jurors should be chosen at random from voter list of Delhi between age of 30 years and 55 years and decide (a) if any it was suicide or accident OR , whether he was incited by some leaders to to this drama and drama went wrong (b) the Jury may take NARCO-TEST of accused in public (c) a separate similar Jury should decide compensation in every suicide case . There is a rumor that AAP-leaders had told Gajendra Singh that he should do a suicide drama and just before the suicide , he would be called on stage to give some speech etc. I do NOT know what % of truth this rumor has. And I dont trust IPS / judges. IMO, the decision whether this was suicide / accident OR drama . . The Jury should consist of 500 voters chosen at random from Delhi between age of 30 years and 55 years. The Jurors will listen to witnesses around, look at videos etc and call logs, and see if Gajedra Singh had any meeting with any Congress, BJP or AAP or any other leader. And if whether Gajendra was prompted to do a drama which went wrong. And if the MAJORITY Juror decide to take narcotest of any leader in public, then they may do so. And finally, the Jurors will decide the imprisonment and financial fines, if Jurors think that they are guilty of drama. . If I am in Jury, and if narco-test proves that anyone incited the suicide then punishment I would annouce will 10 years in prison and confiscation of half of his wealth and giving it away to victim's family. . ==== . Compensation in suicide cases in general . A general proposal I have proposed to REDUCE suicide rate across farmers and ALL is DDMRCAM = direct deposit of mineral royaltes in citizens' accounts. This will create an economic safety net for all reduce suicide rates which happen due to economic reasons. And if a person has committed suicide, then his MRCM share for next 10 years will go to his dependents. . But a question still remains -- how to determine exact amount of compensation should govt give to family members? . It is universally observed fact that giving very high compensation to suicide INCREASES suicide rates. And politicians give high suicide compensation to cases which are . Again, in EVERY suicide case , a Jury of 100-500 should be called, and each Juror after listening to all sides. can give a rupee amount lumpsum and rupee amount per month to be given to close family members and dependent. And the MEDIAN lumpsum and MEDIUM monthly amount will be given for stated number of months. . The monthly compensation would apply ONLY if income drops below Rs 100,000 per year and will be pro-rated. eg say compensation is Rs 1000 / month to window. But of window is earning Rs 50000 per year, then it will drop to Rs 500 / month. And if she is earning Rs 100000 per year, then it will be zero. This will be compensation, if I will be in Jury. Rest, Jurors will decide. . .
