Some half the HCjs and SCjs became HCjs and SCjs via direct recruitment and NOT via recruitment by written exams and promotions. We citizens should get ALL of them impeached. . ALL Magistrates are recruited by written exams, followed by dubious interview. But at least a written exam is there. . Some 50% District judges are recruited from Magistracy via promotions and rest are HC-lawyers who are directly appointed as DCjs with no open written exams. . Some 50% HCjs are recruited from DCjs via promotion and rest 50% are HC-lawyers and Sc-lawyers who are directly appointed as HCjs with no open written exams. . All SCjs are promoted from HCjs. . So a big % of HCjs and SCjs have come without any written exam but via pure discretionary appointment. , We citizens should send orders to MPs to impeach ALL HCjs and SCjs who have become HCjs and SCjs without giving written exams. .
