NaMo Govt appoints lawyers in its Gujarat High Court Panel --- 6 out of 31 are son-daughters of judges or ex-judges !!! And of remaining 25, several are nieces and nephews of judges !! . for details, pls see Gujarat Samachar , Ahmedabad edition, Sunday , 19-apr-2015, column-6, top . . So on the issue of rampant nepotism in judiciary and prosecution, there isnt much difference between SoGa and NaMo . Both promote nepotism in judiciary and prosecution !!! . Solution I propose is RTT-LawMinister , RTR-PM, RTR-judges and Jury System in ALL courts, Lower courts High Courts and Supreme Courts . If you want this nepotism to end, pls dont waste hopes on SoMoKe and CoBhAp. Instead please send order to MP via SMS with links to law-drafts such RTR-Minister, RTR-judges, JurySys etc. .
