And they convince over 60 crore voters to send orders to MPs via SMS containing URL to the law-draft. Say some 1 lakh activists have posted draft as FB status and say voters are sending one of these 1 lakh URLs. And each voter has sent only one URL. So on average, 1 URL has been sent by some 8000 voters. . Now what steps activists / voters should take so that one URL crosses 42 crore mark, WITHOUT any centralized decision making process. IOW, . Why is it difficult to explain weaponization of commons to fellow activists and voters? . Many find it easier to explain JurySys and narcotest on public, but not WoC. WHY? . There are several ways by which a group of activist X can make a law-draft passed. Two of them are . 1. Activists can join big parties and lobby inside party for those laws . 2. Activists can tell the FACT , to members of big parties , that leaders of ALL their parties oppose these law-drafts. The activists will have to work very very hard and spend a lots of money in distribute pamphlets etc . (2) will involve lot of speaking truth, which their supporters will call as "bad mouthing" .
